| 摘 要： | 本文应用嗜银染色和免疫组织化学方法对３４例原发性肝癌（肝细胞肝癌２８例，胆管细胞型肝癌６例）组织及癌旁组织中的内分泌细胞进行了研究；结果显示：内分泌细胞阳性率为１１．７６％（肝细胞肝癌３例，胆管细胞型肝癌１例）；在癌旁组织中也发现两例异位胃泌素阳性细胞。本文结果提示：①肝癌组织中存在内分泌细胞的分化；②癌旁组织中发现异位胃泌素阳性细胞的表达。

| Abstract: | Endocrine cells were studied in 34 cases of primary liver cancer(28 cases ofhepatocarcinoma,6 cases of cholangiocarcinoma)tissue and adjacent tissue by Grimelius sil-ver stain and immunohistochemistry. The results showed that:Endocrine cells were found in11.74%(4/34)primary liver cancer tissue(3 cases of hepatocarcinoma,one cases of cholan-giocarcinoma),ectopic gastrin producing cells were found in 2 cases of adjacent tissue of pri-mary liver cancer.The finding suggest that:①Engocrine differentiation was found in primary liver can-cer;②Expresion of ectopic gastrin producing cells were found in adjacent tissue. |
