| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强化护理干预对糖尿病患者遵医行为依从性的影响及疗效评价。方法将70例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和实验组各35例,对照组采取了一般护理措施,实验组在一般护理基础上,加以强化护理干预,合理饮食,控制体重,适当运动,遵医嘱用药,监测血糖。结果加强护理干预的各项目比较,实验组均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论强化护理干预有效提高了糖尿病患者的遵医嘱行为,对患者的康复及改善生活质量有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effective to follow the doctors request with reinforcing the nursing care for diabetics. Methods Measures of reinforcing nursing care to the experimental diabetic patients including the proper diet,weight control,exercise,effective medicine and monitoring blood sugar of blood sugar levels five times daily. Results After six months of intensive care for each group,the nursing care and interventions given to the experimental group will advance to the level of significance （P0. 01）. Conclusion Standard nursing care is regarded as the patient＇s best chance for recovery and improving the patients quality of life. |
