| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精密计尿器在危重病人中的相应效果。方法 采用对比的方法将入住ICU的而且留置尿导管的210例危重病人随机分两组,各105例;观察组使用精神计尿器,对照组使用一般引流袋。结果 两组医院感染率有显性差异（P＜0．01）,观察组尿量记录准确度高。结论 精密计尿器有效地监测肾功能,降低医院感染率,提高护理质量及工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the effect of sophisticated ureometer in critical patients.Methods210 patients in ICU critical patients with catheter were randomly divided into 2 groups evenly. 105 cases in the experimental group with the sophisticated ureometer, the rest in the control group with general drainage pack.ResultsThere existed significant infection rate between the 2 groups ( P <0.01). The experimental group possessed highen accuracy in recording urinal volume than the controls.ConclusionThe sophisticated ureometer is effective in monitoring renal function and reducing hospital infection rate and thus increase nursing quality and working efficiency. |
