HCV-cAg与HCV-Ab联合检测的互补作用及HCV阳性者与ALT的关系

目的探讨丙肝病毒核心抗原（HCV-cAg）与丙肝病毒抗体（HCV-Ab）联合检测对诊断丙肝病毒（HCV）感染的互补作用及HCV感染阳性者与丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的关系。方法检测手术前检查组2061例患者和ALT〉80U／L组242例患者的HCV-cAg、HCV-Ab和ALT等指标，然后将检测结果作出统计分析。结果手术前检查组联合检测有2．7％的阳性率，显著高于单独HCV-tAg和单独HCV-Ab的1．6％（P〈0．05）；ALT〉80U／L组联合检测有14．5％的阳性率，显著高于单独HCV-tAg的7．0％（P〈0．01）；手术前检查组ALT均值和ALT〉80U／L例数是2项均阳性高于HCV-Ab阳性、HCV-Ab阳性高于HCV-cAg。结论HCV-cAg和HCV-Ab2项联合检测明显优于单项检测，这对HCV感染的诊断能起到很好的互补作用，加上ALT等肝功能指标的检测，有利于HCV感染的正确诊断。

Complementary Action of Combining Detection for HCV-cAg with HCV- Ab and the Relation Between HCV Positive Patients and ALT

Objective To explore the complementary action of the combining detection of the hepatitis C virus-core antigen（HCV- cAg） and the hepatitis C virus-antibody（HCV-Ab） in the diagnosis of the hepatitis C virus（HCV） infection and the relation between the positive patients with HCV infection and the alanine aminotransferase（ALT）. Methods The indexes such as HCV-cAg, HCV- Ab and ALT were detected in 2061 cases of patients in the inspection group and in 242 cases of patients in ALT〉80U/L group before operation. Then the detected results were analyzed statistically. Results Before the operation, the positive rate of combining detection of the inspection group was 2.7%, significandy higher than 1.6% for alone HCV-cAg and alone HCV-Ab（P〈0.05）; the positive rate of combining detection of ALT〉80U/L group was 14.5%, significandy higher than 7.0% for alone HCV-cAg（P〈0.01） ALT mean values and the cases of ALT〉80U/L before operation inspection group are 2 items all positive higher than HCV- Ab positive, HCV-Ab positive higher than HCV-cAg positive. Conclusion The combining detection of HCV-cAg and HCV- Ab these 2 items is obvious superior to single detection. This can play all-right the complementary action for the diagnosis of HCV infection and the detection of liver function indexes such as ALT and so on is added to favor the correct diagnosis of HCV infection.
