异位妊娠的发病原因研究分析

目的临床统计分析异位妊娠的发病相关因素。方法选取本院2011年1月至2014年1月间收治的3822例确诊为异位妊娠的患者的发病原因进行统计学分析。结果统计分析异位妊娠发病原因,其中生殖炎症者为2901例(75.90%),流产史者2016例(52.75%),输卵管手术史者2323例(60.78%),放置宫内节育器(IUD)者1203例(31.48%)。结论异位妊娠疾病发病的高危因素有盆腔炎、流产史等,为了降低异位妊娠发病率,我们应该采取相应的健康宣传活动与预防措施。

Research Into The Causes Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective Clinical statistical analysis of related factors of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Selection methods in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were 3822 cases of patients diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy because the hair cause of disease for statistical analysis.Results Statistical analysis the reason of disease of ectopic pregnancy, including genital inflammation for 2901 cases （75.90%）, abortion history, 2016 cases （52.75%）, history, 2323 cases of tubal surgery （60.78%）, placed intrauterine device （IUD） in 1203 cases （31.48%）.Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy risk factors of disease has a history of pelvic inflammatory disease, abortion, etc., in order to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy, we should adopt corresponding health promotion and preventive measures.
