脑循环综合治疗仪治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效观察

目的:探讨脑循环综合治疗仪对脑梗死后抑郁的影响。方法:在常规治疗脑梗死的同时,随机将86例脑梗塞后抑郁分为脑循环综合治疗仪治疗组42例及抗抑郁药物舍曲林对照组44例。两组在性别、年龄和病程上均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。采用HAMD、CSS及BI指数量表,分别于治疗前和治疗2、4周末进行疗效评定。结果:与治疗前比较,两组HAMD及CSS评分在2、4周末均明显下降(P<0.05),BI指数评分升高(P<0.05),表明两组抗抑郁治疗均有效,其神经功能及日常生活能力均有所恢复。两组间比较,治疗组HAMD、CSS降分均大于对照组(P<0.05),BI指数在2周末时明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明治疗组在控制抑郁及恢复神经功能上的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),在恢复日常生活能力上要快于对照组(P<0.05)。经4周治疗,治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且未见明显不良反应。结论:脑循环综合治疗仪治疗脑梗死后抑郁具有疗效肯定、起效快及安全的特点,尤其对恢复神经功能及日常生活能力具有重要意义。

Observation of curative effect of cerebrovascular function treatment on post-stroke depression

Objective：To investigate effects of cerebrovascular function treatment （CVFT） on post-stroke depression （PSD）. Methods：Based on the conventional treatment of cerebral infarction, 86 patients with PSD were randomly divided into CVFT treatmentgroup （42 cases） and control group （44 cases, treated by antidepressant drug sertraline）. Two groups had no significant differences in gender, age and course of the disease （P〉0. 05）. The curative effects were evaluated by using Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）,Chinese stroke scale （CSS） and Barthel index （BI） scale before and 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results： Compared with theprevious scores, the HAMD and CSS scores of the two groups 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment significantly decreased （ P〈0. 05）, while the BI index scores increased （P〈0. 05）, indicating that both groups all had the antidepressant effect and the nerve function andability of daily living had been restored. The decreased HAMD and CSS scores of CVFT treatment group were greater than those of con-trol group （P〈0. 05）, and the BI index 2 weeks after the treatment of CVFT treatment group was significantly higher than that of con -trol group （P〈0. 05）, indicating that the depression control and neural function recovery of CVFT treatment group were better thanthose of control group （P〈0. 05）, and the recovery of the ability of daily living was also faster than that of control group （P〈0. 05）.4 weeks after the treatment, the obvious effective rate of CVFT treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0. 01）. Moreover, no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusions ： CVFT in the treatment of PSD has the advantages of good cur-ative effect, fast effect and high safety, and is of great significance in the recovery of neural function and daily living ability.
