综合护理干预在手术室护理中的应用分析

目的:探讨综合护理干预在手术室中的临床效果。方法:选择郑州大学附属肿瘤医院120例行手术治疗的患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。其中对照组60例,使用传统常规的护理方法,观察组60例,在对照组常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预,然后观察并比较两组效果。结果:经过分析显示,观察组患者的术后下床活动时间,住院时间,拆线时间明显少于对照组,两组相比具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);在护理满意度上也具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施综合护理干预,患者的满意度和患者的生活质量得到了提高。

Analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room nursing care

Objective.To explore clinical effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room. Methods： 120 pa- tients under the surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （60 ca- ses）, wherein the cases in control group were treated by conventional routine nursing care while those in observation group were giventhe comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine nursing care. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results ： The postoperative ambulation time, hospitalization time and clearing time of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group, and the differences had the statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. There was a significant difference in the degree of sat- isfaction between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Through the implementation of the comprehensive nursing intervention, the degree of satisfaction and quality of life of the patients are improved.
