溶血标本对肝功能检验结果准确性的影响研究

目的探讨溶血标本对肝功能检验结果准确性的影响。方法从2012年5月-2013年5月选取60例健康的志愿者，分别对其溶血血清和未溶血血清的白蛋白（ALB）、总蛋白（TP）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷胺酰转氨酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、直接胆红素（DBIL）以及总胆红素（TBIL）进行分析检测。结果结果显示60例体检者溶血血清标本的ALB、TP、ALT以及AST指标要显著高于未溶血血清标本（P〈0．01），而溶血血清标本的GGT、ALP、DBIL、TBIL等指标则均显著低于未溶血血清指标（P〈0．01）。结论溶血标本能够显著影响肝功能检测结果的准确性，在临床上应引起注意。

Study on the Effect of Hemolysis Samples on the Accuracy of Liver Function Test Results

Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis samples on the accuracy of liver function test results. Methods From May, 2012 to May, 2013, 60 healthy volunteers were selected. And the hemolytic serum and non-hemolytic serum albumin （ALB）, total protein（TP）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, ~/-glutamyl transpeptadase（GGT）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP）, direct bilirubin（DBIL）and total bilirubin（TBIL）of them were detected and analyzed, respectively. Results The results showed that the ALB, TP, ALT and AST indicators of hemolytic serum samples from 60 cases of healthy persons were significantly higher than those of the non-hemolytic samples（P 〈 0.01）, while GGT, ALP, DBIL, TBIL and other indicators were significantly lower than those of the non-hemolytic samples（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Hemolytic specimens can significantly affect the accuracy of the results of liver function tests, which should be noted in clinical practice.
