超声引导下麦默通旋切术在乳腺肿块中的应用

目的探讨超声引导下麦默通旋切术治疗乳腺肿块的应用价值。方法 2013年1月至2014年4月,对274例356个乳腺肿块行超声引导下麦默通旋切术。结果 356个病灶均完全切除,平均旋切16次(6³9)次,平均手术时间21 min(1039)次,平均手术时间21 min(10⁵5 min)。其1例轻度皮下淤血。随访255 min)。其1例轻度皮下淤血。随访2¹8个月,平均10个月,均应用超声检查,未提示局部复发。结论超声引导下麦默通旋切术适用于直径<3 cm的乳腺肿块,具有操作简单、安全可靠、术后美观等特点,值得推广和应用。

Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Vacuum Device For Breast Lumps

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinic value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuum device in the treatment of breast lumps.Methods From January 2013 to April 2014,in 274 patients all 356 breast lumps were removed by ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuum device.Result The 356 breast lumps of 274 patients were excised completely by using the Mammotome system.The excision was performed for a mean of 16 times in each case（ranged from 6 to 39 times）with an average operation time of 21 minutes（from 10 to 55 minutes）.Only in 1 patient slight subcutaneous ecchymosis was found in the breast operation.All the ptients were followed up by ultrasonograghy for 2 to 18 months（mean,10 months）.No local recurrence was found.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuum device is feasible,safe and minimally invasive and especially suitable for the breast lumps less than 3cm in size.It is worth to be recommended.
