消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理中的应用观察

目的探讨消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理的应用效果。方法分析我院2010年2月至2014年3月20名护理人员资料,依据消毒供应室一体化管理实施前后进行分组,一体化管理前组和一体化管理后组。结果一体化管理后组手术结束时、手术开始前的物体表面、手术器械结果均优于一体化管理前组,一体化管理后组感染发生率、手术室护理差错发生率和患者满意度均优于一体化管理前组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室感染控制应用后可以明显提高手术室器械、物体表面的消毒效果,有效的降低感染发生率,提高患者满意度。

The Application Detection of Operating Room Instrument Manage by Aterilization and Supply Room Integration Management

ObjectiveTo approach application detection of operating room instrument manage by aterilization and supply room integration management. Method To analyze 20 cases nursing clinical data in our hospital from 2010.2 to 2014.3, which is to be divided into two groups by before integration of management group and after integration of management group.Result The body surface, results of surgical instruments in the end of operation, Before start of operation of after integration of management group were better than before integration of management group, incidence of infection, operating room nursing error rates, satisfaction of patients of management group were better than before integration of management group,P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The operating room;instrument, disinfection effect of object surface after using of operation room infect control by aterilization and supply room integration management the incidence of infection was decreased, patients satisfaction was increased.
