宫腔粘连分离术后预防再次粘连的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探索宫腔粘连宫腔镜分离术后预防再次粘连的有效方法。方法:选取平顶山市第二人民医院2009年1月至2012年6月间70例行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后行上环术的患者为研究对象。随机将患者分为两组,对照组35例,术后放置宫内节育器(IUD)+补佳乐。研究组35例,术后放置Foley球囊导尿管,5天后取出并放置宫内节育器(IUD)+补佳乐。术后3个月宫腔镜下观察2组宫腔情况。结果:预防宫腔粘连分离术后再次粘连总有效率研究组对比对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治愈率研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔粘连分离术后应用Foley球囊并放置IUD+补佳乐预防术后再粘连效果较好。

Abstract:Objective:To explore an effective way to prevent re- adhesion after intrauterine adhesion separation surgery (lASS). Methods :70 cases taking an intrauterine device (IUD) after the lASS from Jan. 2009 to Jun. 2012 were selected as the ob- jects and randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and study group (35 cases). The cases in control group took the IUD and progynova, whereas those in study group was placed with Foley catheter firstly and then took the IUD and progynova 5 days later. 3 months after the surgery, the uterine cavity conditions of the two groups were observed through a hysteroscope. Results: The difference of the total effective rate of the re-adhesion prevention after the IASS between study group and control group had no statistical signifi- cance ( P〉0.05 ). The cure rate of study group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions: For preventing re-adhesion after lASS, it has a better method to use the Foley catheter after IASS firstly and then place the IUD and Progynova.
