| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管支架植入术对晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法选取50例行食管支架植入术的晚期食管癌患者作为治疗组,同时选取40例行常规化疗的晚期食管癌患者作为对照组。对治疗后吞咽情况、气促指数、FVC、FEV1指标比较,分析食管支架植入术对晚期食管癌的治疗效果。结果 1治疗组治疗后吞咽改善情况明显好于对照组;2治疗组的气促指数小于对照组;肺功能(FVC、FEV1)指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论食管支架植入术可以有效改善晚期食管癌患者生活质量,对后续开展相关治疗具有重要意义,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of esophageal stent implantation in treating esophageal carcinoma.Methods 50 patients of advanced esophageal carcinoma were selected as treatment group who were given esophageal stent implantation, 40 patients of advanced esophageal carcinoma were selected as control group given traditional chemotherapy in our hospital. Analyzed the two groups swallow ability, anhelation index, FVC, FEV1 value. Results the swallow improvement rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group after treatment, anhelation index, FVC, FEVt value of treatment group were also better than the control group. Conclusion esophageal stent implantation has better effects on treating esophageal carcinoma, which could improve patients quality of life. |
