| 摘 要： | 目的探讨足月妊娠引产使用普贝生药物在临床中的效果。方法选取2012年6月-2013年8月在该院进行足月妊娠引产的产妇128例随机分成观察组64例（普贝生）和对照组64例（催产素），观察两组的效果。结果两组在总产程、临产时间、剖宫产率、分娩率及引产成功率上相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论足月妊娠引产应用普贝生不仅能够促进其宫颈成熟，还能够明显提高引产的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of Propess adopted in full-term pregnancy induced labor. Methods 128 cases of puerperants with full-term pregnancy underwent induced labor in our hospital from June, 2012 to August, 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group of 64 cases （Propess）and the control group of 64 cases （Oxytocin）. The effect was compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in total labor, the time for labor to get going, cesarean section rate, delivery rate and the successful rate of induced labor （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Propess applied in full-term pregnancy induced labor can not only promote cervical ripening, but also significantly increase the success rate of induced labor. |
