血清检查在胰腺癌早期诊断中的应用发展

胰腺癌是于消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤，全球发病率占所有癌症患者的比例为1．7％-2．5％，虽然诊断和治疗技术有大幅大提高，但患者5年生存率仍然低于6％，因此早期诊断和及时治疗具有积极的临床意义，为提高确诊率，该院主要采用血清肿瘤标志物和蛋白表达检测来进行筛选。该文详细阐述两类肿瘤标志物即蛋白质类肿瘤标志物（CEA、Span-1）和糖类标志物（CA199、CA242、CA50）来探讨血清检查在胰腺癌早期诊断中的应用和发展。

Application Development of Serum Examination in the Early Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor in the digestive system. Of all the cancers occurred in the whole world, it accounts for 1.7%-2.5%. Although the diagnosis and treatment technology has improved significantly, the 5-year survival rate of the patients with pancreatic cancer is still below 6%, so the early diagnosis and timely treatment has positive clinical significance. In order to improve the diagnosis rate, our hospital mainly adopts the serum tumor markers and detection of protein expression for screening. This article elaborates two kinds of tumor markers, namely, protein tumor markers （CEA, Span-l） and sugar markers （CA199, CA242, CAS0） to explore the application and development of serum examination in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
