天津市某高校大学生蠕形螨感染情况的调查

目的了解该校大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况，为进一步做好学校医疗保健工作提供依据。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法。结果共检查1023人，总感染率为13．39％，不同性别之间感染率无明显差异。蠕形螨感染与面部皮肤有关，油性皮肤感染率22．59％明显高于干性皮肤及中性皮肤。阳性感染者中不同部位检出率有差异，鼻翼部检出率最高，达81．75％。结论该校蠕形螨感染较为普遍。学校应该加强蠕形螨防治的卫生宣教工作，改善学生生活居住环境，督促学生养成良好的公共卫生和个人卫生习惯，减少蠕形螨的感染。

Investigation on the Infection of Demodex Among Students in a College of Tianjin

Objective To understand demodex facial infections in the students of our university so as to provide data for the further advancement of disease prevention and treatment within schools. Methods The cellophane tape adhering method was used to detect the infection of demodex. Results There were 1023 subjects participated in the study. And the overall infectivity rate of demodex among participants is 13.39%. The infection rates among students of different gender had no significant difference. Demodex infections were associated with skin type, 22.59% infectivity in oily skin type, higher than that in dry skin and neutral skin. Among the positive infections, the detection rates of different positions had significant difference, the nosewing was the highest, reaching 81.75%. Conclusion Demodex facial infectivity is high among the students in our university. The school should strengthen the demodex prevention health education work, improve the living conditions of students, and urge the students to develop good public health and hygiene habits in order to reduce the demodex infection.
