认知行为社工小组对住院精神分裂症患者焦虑情绪的影响

目的:探讨认知行为取向的社工小组对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑情绪介入的影响。方法:招募伴有焦虑情绪的精神分裂症患者10名参加认知行为取向社工小组,同时随机选取同病区接受常规住院治疗护理的10名精神分裂症患者作为对照组,采用焦虑量表、简明生存质量评定量表、阴性症状评定量表进行前后测试比较。结果:前测数据研究组与对照组无显著差异(均P>0.05),后测数据研究组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:认知行为取向社工小组对住院精神分裂症患者焦虑情绪的缓解和心理层面康复有积极作用。

Intervention of cognitive behavior social work group on anxiety emotions for patients with schizophrenia

Objectlve：To discuss effect of intervention of cognitive behavior social work group on anxiety emotions for the pa- tients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period. Methods： 10 schizophrenic patients with the anxiety emotions were selected to the cognitive behavior social work group, and another 10 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected as control group. Before and after the intervention, scores of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, world health organization quality of life （Whoqol） and scale for assessment of negative symptoms （SANS） were measured and compared. Results： The data of experimental group and control group had no signifi- cant difference before the intervention （ P〉0.05 ）. The data of experimental group was better than that of control group after the inter- vention （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The cognitive behavior social work group has a positive effect on the relief of the anxiety emotions and psychological rehabilitation for the patients with schizophrenia.
