阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病患者肿瘤坏死因子-a和白介素-6的影响

目的:观察阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-a、白介素(IL)-6的影响。方法:60名2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组在给予控制血糖等常规治疗基础上,给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片20mg,每晚1次,共3个月;治疗前后记录TNFa、IL-6、空腹血糖(FBG)及血脂。对照组在给予控制血糖等常规治疗基础上,给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片10mg,每晚1次,共3个月。结果:两组患者治疗前后血糖及血脂改善无统计学差别,血清TNF-a及IL-6水平治疗后较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显。结论:阿托伐他汀钙可显著降低2型糖尿病患者血清TNF-a、IL-6水平,表明其可能通过抗炎对2型糖尿病起到改善作用。

Effects of atorvastatin calcium on serum IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective： To study effects of atorvastatin calcium on the serum interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-a） in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods：Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the two groups： control group （30 cases）, receiving routine therapy including glucose and blood pressure control and the like and receiving atorvastatin calcium 10mg once day for 3 months, and treatment group, administered with the routine therapy and atorvastatin calcium 20mg once day for 3 months. The level of serum IL-6, TNF-a, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, and serum lipid were measured before and after the treatment. Results： No significance before and after the treatment was observed for serum lipid and fasting serum glucose. The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-a after the treatment were reduced significantly compared with those before the treatment, and the decrease of the treatment group was greater than that of control group. Conclusions： Atorvastatin calcium can remarkably reduce the serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels in the patients with type 2 diabetes by alleviating the inflammatory reactions.
