卡孕栓用于无痛人工流产的临床观察

目的探讨观察卡孕栓用于无痛人流术的临床效果。方法将卡孕栓在无痛人流术前后阴道放置，无痛人流术与一般人流术对比，观察宫颈松弛度，镇痛效果，术中出血量及人工流产综合症发生率等指标。结果卡孕栓应用于无痛人流术前后，宫颈松弛软化率高，缩短了手术时间，减少了术中出血量，有效地避免了人工流产综合症的发生，不良反应轻微。结论卡孕栓用于无痛人流术，能有效解决宫颈松弛的问题，手术所需时间更短，术中出血量也更小，且操作简便，副反应少等优点。

Clinical Observation of Carboprost Suppositories Used in Painless Abortion Surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost suppositories used in painless abortion surgery.Methods Carboprost suppositories were placed in the vagina before and after the painless abortion surgery.The cervical laxity, the analgesic effect, the amount of bleeding and artificial abortion syndrome rate were observed between painless abortion surgery and general induced abortion. Results Carboprost suppositories used before and after the painless abortion can achieve higher cervical relaxation softening rate, shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and effectively avoid the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome with mild adverse reactions.Conclusion Carboprost suppositories used in painless abortion surgery, can effectively solve the problem of cervical relaxation with the advantages of shorter time needed for surgery, less intraoperative blood loss and side effects, operating more easily and so on.
