| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"止痛带"对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:新西兰兔12只随机分为3组,每组4只,进行皮肤急性毒性实验;新西兰兔4只,雌雄各半,进行皮肤刺激性实验;健康豚鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,即A组:"止痛带"组;豚鼠经皮肤多次给药致敏后激发,观察其过敏反应。并与B组:阳性对照组、C组:赋形剂组相对照进行皮肤过敏实验。结果:"止痛带"对新西兰兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未引起急性毒性反应和刺激反应;对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:"止痛带"用于临床安全、无毒。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the toxic action of" the lenitive belt"on animal skin.Methods:Acute dermal toxicity test and dermal irritation test were conducted in New Zealand rabbits,and dermal sensitivity test was performed in guinea pigs.Results:"the lenitive belt"had no acute toxicity or irritation to the intact or damaged skin of rabbits and was not allergy-inducing to the skin of guinea pigs.Conclusions:"the lenitive belt"is safe and nontoxic and can be used in clinic practice. |
