| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗顽固性腹水的疗效及其影响因素。方法:采用FCN—01型腹水超滤浓缩回输机及DY—1060一次性型腹水浓缩器对40例顽固性腹水患者在抽取腹水浓缩后根据情况进行静脉或腹腔内回输。结果:40例患者平均每次抽水5246±1147ml。腹水浓缩7.32±3.36倍,平均减少腹围10.3±4.5cm,平均每次回输蛋白量85.3±74.6g。回输后尿量平均增加602.4±112.3ml/24h。40例中显效20例(50%),有效14例(35％),无效6例(15％),总有效率85％。结论:超滤浓缩回输既有消除腹水又有节省蛋白的双重效果,是临床上治疗顽固性腹水的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Prupuse: To explore the effect and infective factores of ultrafilter condensation and importation of ascites. Methods: To condense ascitis and then transport it into patients body with type FCN - 01 machine of ultrafilter condensation and importantion and one-time condensation instrument. Results: Of 40 cases, 20 cases were significantly effective , 14 cases effective, 6 cases ineffetive. The total rate of effectiveness is 85 % . Conclusion: Ultrafilter condensation and importation of ascites is a economical and effective method to treat obstinate ascites. |
