瘫痪患者褥疮危险因素的动态评估与干预

目的　探讨瘫痪患者褥疮高危因素的动态评估在预防干预中的作用。方法　将 86例瘫痪患者随机分为主动预防组即采用褥疮危险因素动态评估指导下的预防和被动预防组即常规的预防护理 ,观察并比较两组在住院期间褥疮发生率、资源利用的有效性。结果　被动预防组发生褥疮初期 5例 (11 6 3% ) ,褥疮Ⅱ期 2例 (4 6 5 % ) ;主动预防组仅有 1例褥疮初期。结论　经动态评估对褥疮高危患者实行重点预防既节省资源又提高了预防干预的有效性。

Monitoring assessment on high risk factors of pressure ulcer in paralytic patients and prevention

Objective To evaluate the effect of monitoring assessment on the high risk factors of bedsore and preventive management in paralytic patients.Methods 86 cases of paralytic patietns with neurological diseases were randomly divided into two groups:active prevention and passive prevention groups.For active group,the high risk factors of pressure ulcer were assessed and then nursing intervention according to the result was given,while for passive group,ordinary nurse methods was given.Results There were 5 cases of bedsore Ⅰ° and 2 cases of bedsore Ⅱ° in passive prevention group,but 1 case of bedsore Ⅰ° in active group occured.Conclusion The high risk patients of bedsore should be given special nursing intervention because it not only reasonably saves medical sources but also enhances the effect of prevention on pressure ulcer.
