| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来中医药治疗肛门病术后并发症文献的回顾和分析，发现中医药治疗肛门病术后并发症以祛邪为主，兼顾扶正，通过清热解毒、除湿利尿、活血化寂、益气温阳等方法，采用内治、外治、内外合治等多种手段，取得了良好的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | This article reviews and analyzes the treatment of complications following anal operation by traditional Chinese medicine.It is found that these complications should be treated by eliminating pathogenic factors as well as supplementing healthy qi,specifically clearing heat and relieving toxin,removing dampness and promoting urination,activating blood and resolving stasis,enriching qi and warming yang,through internal and/or external therapies. |
