白内障超声乳化手术的围手术期护理

目的:探讨白内障超声乳化围手术期护理,减少手术并发症。方法:术前完善各项术前检查,给予积极的心理护理,作好饮食指导及眼部准备工作;术后注意病情观察,做好生活指导、心理护理、用药护理及出院指导。结果:患者术后未发生1例严重并发症。术后视力恢复较为满意。结论:加强对白内障围手术期的护理及健康教育,能有效防止并发症的发生,明显提高患者的生活质量。

Perioperative nursing of phacoemulsification cataract surgery

Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing methods for patients who underwent phacoemulsification of cataract surgery in order to reduce complication incidence. Methods.. Preoperative tests were competed, positive psychological support, dietary guidance and eye preparations were provided before the surgery; kept close observation after the operation and provided comprehensive guidance of medication at discharge. Results： No case of severe complication was observed, all patients were satisfied with the postoperative visual acuity. Conclusion： Proper perioperative nursing for patients who underwent phacoemulsifieation of cataract surgery can prevent complications and raise patients＇ life quality.
