血管内皮、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达与非小细胞肺癌患者生存期的关系

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与患者生存期的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测96例NSCLC组织中VEGF、bFGF蛋白水平的表达，并探讨二者表达与患者生存期的关系。结果 NSCLC中VEGF、bFGF表达阳性率分别为51．0％(49／96)和58．3％(56／96)，二者具有相关性(P=0．041)，与患者生存期之间无统计学意义。结论 VEGF、bFGF在NSCLC血管形成中起重要作用，但不是NSCLC独立的预后因素。

Expression of vascular endothelial grouth factor and basic fibroblast growth actor in non-small cell lung cancer and their effect on survival

Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their effect on survival. Methods Expression of VEGF and bFGF was examined at the protein levels by immunohistochemical staining in 96 cases with NSCLC. Survival curves were obtained by the Kaplan-Meier method,the curves were then measured using the log-rank test. Multivariate analysis was performed using COX proportional hazard model. Results The positive ratio of VEGF and bFGF expression at protein levels was 51. 0%(49/96) and 58. 3%(56/96) in NSCLC respectively. No significant correlation was observed between VEGF and bFGF expression in NSCLC and their survival. Conclusions VEGF and bFGF may play an important role in angiogenesis of NSCLC. but their prognostic value is not observed.
