| 摘 要： | 从近年来中、西医治疗2型糖尿病早期肾损害的文献来看,在改善患者临床症状、降低蛋白尿、延缓肾功能恶化等多方面均有成效。本文从中医治疗、西医治疗、中西医结合治疗三个方面对2型糖尿病早期肾损害的治疗现状进行了综述。2型糖尿病早期肾损害治疗宜采用现代医学的基础治疗,结合中医药,通过辨病与辨证相结合,中药与针刺相配合,更好地控制病情的发展,延缓肾病的进展,在治疗中有广阔前景。

| Abstract: | From the literatures of treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in WM and TCM writed in recent years,there were many advantages in these place such as improved patients＇clinical symptoms,reduced urinary protein and delayed on the renal function deterioration.This article writed a review progress of treatment in Traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine and Intergrative medicine.Treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy was fitted with modern medical treatment as a basis combined with TCM,through differentiation linked with identifying disease,Traditional Chinese medicine linked with Acupuncture,delay on the development of diabetic nephropathy,improve the renal function,have a bright prospects in treating diabetic nephropathy. |
