| 摘 要： | 对辨证用药与灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎文献研究分析,辨证分型(大肠湿热、肝郁乘脾、脾胃虚弱、脾肾阳虚、血瘀肠结、阳血亏虚)治疗与灌肠是非常重要手段,疗效确切,治愈率、好转率较高,充分体现中医药优势和特色。中药保留灌肠可使药物直接作用于病灶,有效成分直接在肠道吸收,提高病变部位血药浓度。

| Abstract: | TCM drugs and enema treatment for ulcerative colitis literature analysis, Syndromes （ large in- testine heat, spleen liver, spleen and stomach, spleen deficiency, blood stasis intestinal junction, positive blood deficiency ） and enema treatment is very important means of and effective, the cure rate, improvement rate was higher, fully embodies the advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine. TCM retention enema make drug directly on the lesion, the active ingredients directly in the intestinal absorption, increased plasma concentrations of the lesion. |
