整体护理颅底骨折1周后继发鼻口腔大出血1例报告

目的]通过对1例颅底骨折1周后继发鼻口腔大出血的整体护理,探讨颅底骨折患者病情观察及护理方法。方法]采用压迫颈总动脉、后鼻孔堵塞、输血补液、抗感染、抗休克等措施,加强基础护理及心理护理。结果]患者治愈出院。结论]对颅底骨折激发大出血患者在重视基础护理的同时,要重视大出血的急救和加强健康宣教。

Nursing Experience of the Secondary Nasal Oral Bleeding in One Case of Basal Skull Fracture

Methods ] Using the common carotid artery compression, the choanals filling, blood transfusion, anti - infective and anti - shock treatment. Strengthen basic nursing and psychological care. Results ] The patient was cured.
