TDP灯照射联合针刺治疗三叉神经痛对照研究

[目的]观察TDP灯照射联合针刺治疗三叉神经痛疗效。[方法]使用对照研究方法,将64例按就诊顺序分为两组,对照组27例用0.30mm×60mm毫针针刺鱼腰、四白、夹承浆、太阳、下关、翳风、板机点等,有触电样针感传至相应走行部位。风寒夹痰用平补平泻法,风热夹痰用泻法,肝郁化火用泻法,气虚血瘀用平补平泻法,胃火上攻用泻法。调整针刺深度及刺激量,留针30min。1次/d。治疗组37例针刺治疗同对照治疗组,同时TDP灯照射患侧三叉神经30min,以面部有温热感为度,不灼伤皮肤。1次/d。7次为1疗程,治疗1疗程(7d)随访3个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效7例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈9例,显效8例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率88.89%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]TDP灯照射联合针刺治疗三叉神经痛疗效满意,优于单纯针刺治疗。

Magnetic Radiation combined with Acupuncture Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia -control Study

[Results] Of the treatment group was 100% , 88.9% better than the control group, statistical differences between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Magnetic radiation and acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia the total efficiency is better than acupuncture.
