傍刺联合电针治疗中老年体重指数正常原发性膝骨关节炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察傍刺联合电针治疗中老年体重指数正常原发性膝骨关节炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例按随机数字表分为两组。治疗期间两组均停用一切其它相关治疗。对照组50例取双膝内外侧膝眼、阿是穴、梁丘、血海、阳陵泉、阴陵泉、足三里、悬钟。治疗组50例在对照组针刺基础上傍刺双膝内外侧膝眼穴及膝部阿是穴。先刺入1针,然后傍入1针,平刺或斜刺快速进针,深度约1寸。并用G6805治疗仪接电针双膝内外侧膝眼4穴,连续波,电流强度以患者能忍受而无不适为度,平补平泻,留针30min。观察膝关节疼痛、肿胀、上下楼梯、关节屈伸度指数及中医症候变化。均5次/周,休息2天,2周为1疗程,连续治疗4周。治疗4周(28d),随访1月,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效28例,有效8例,无效2例。对照组痊愈6例,显效18例,有效14例,无效11例。总有效率治疗组96.00%优于对照组77.55%(P<0.01);临床症状缓解时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论]傍刺内外侧膝眼穴及阿是穴治疗膝骨关节炎,能够在较短时间内明显起到镇痛消肿作用,改善膝关节的屈伸度、上下楼及行走功能,减轻乏力、畏寒等症状。

Results ] The treatment group 12 cases were cured, 28 cases, effective in 8 cases, 2 cases are invalid. The control group of 6 cases were cured, 18 cases, effective in 14 cases, 11 cases are invalid. The total efficiency of 96.00% in the treatment group than in control group 77.55% （P 〈0.01 ） ; clinical symptom relief time in treatment group than in control group （P 〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）.
