不同产地人参对小鼠NK细胞活性影响随机对照研究

目的]科学地比较不同产地人参煎剂对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响,以明确人参产地与免疫药效的关系。方法]选用健康雌性昆明小鼠80只,随机分成8组。其中正常组4组,包括正常空白对照组(A组)、辽宁人参灌胃组(A1组)、吉林人参灌胃组(A2组)、朝鲜人参灌胃组(A3组);免疫抑制组4组,包括免疫抑制模型对照组(B组)、免疫抑制辽宁人参灌胃组(B1组)、免疫抑制吉林人参灌胃组(B2组)、免疫抑制朝鲜人参灌胃组(B3组)。B～B4组小鼠采用国际公认的免疫抑制造模方法建立免疫抑制模型。造模成功后A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3组小鼠按对应产地的人参水煎剂灌胃,A和B组以生理盐水灌胃。各组灌胃剂量为0.4mL/只,1次/d,连给2周后处死各组小鼠,检测各组小鼠NK活性。结果]①正常三地人参灌胃组与正常空白对照组比较(P<0.05);②免疫抑制三地人参灌胃组与免疫抑制模型对照组比较(P<0.05);③正常三地人参灌胃组、免疫抑制三地人参灌胃组与正常组间比较(P>0.05);④正常三地人参灌胃组间、免疫抑制三地人参灌胃组间比较(P>0.05)。结论]三地人参水煎剂均可提高正常及免疫抑制小鼠NK细胞活性,并能将免疫抑制小鼠NK细胞活性提高到正常水平;三地人参对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响作用相同。

A Randomized Controlled Study on The Effects of Ginseng From Different Producing Area To The Activity of NK Cell in Mice

Objective]To compare the effects of decoctions of ginseng from different producing areas to NK cell activity in mice,and confirm the relationship between immune pharmacodynamics and producing area.Methods]80 healthy female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 8 groups.There are normal groups,including normal control group（A group）,Liaoning ginseng fed group（A1）,Jilin ginseng fed group（A2 group）,Korean ginseng fed group（A3 group）;and there are also 4 immunosuppression groups,including immune suppression model control group（B group）,immune suppression Liaoning ginseng fed group（B1 group）,immune suppression Jilin ginseng fed group（B2 group）,immune suppression Korean ginseng fed group（B3 group）.Immunosuppressive model was established in mice of B-B4 groups with internationally recognized method.After the successful modeling,the mice in groups of A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3 were administrated intragastrically with ginseng decoctions from different producing area,meanwhile,A and B group with normal saline.The average dosage of each group was administrated at 0.4ml per animal once a day.After two weeks,the mice in each group were killed,and the activities of mice NK cell were detected.Results]① Compared to control group,the activities of mice NK cell in three ginsengs fed normal group had a statistical difference（P0.05）;② three ginseng fed immunosuppressive model groups and immunosuppressive fed control groups had statistical differences（P0.05）;③three ginsengs fed normal groups,the three immunosuppressive ginseng fed groups and normal group showed no statistical difference（P0.05）;④three ginsengs fed normal groups and immunosuppressive three ginseng fed groups showed no statistical differences（P0.05）.Conclusion]Three ginseng decoctions could all increase the activities of NK cell in the normal and immunosuppressive mice,and increased NK cell activity to normal level in immunosuppressive mice;and three kinds of ginseng had the same effect on activity of NK cell in mice.
