四逆散加减治疗消化性溃疡63例

[目的]观察四逆散加减治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]将就诊患者随机分为治疗组63例和对照组52例,治疗组用四逆散加减治疗,对照组口服雷尼替丁或奥美拉唑治疗。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈率为28.57%,总有效率为92.06%,复发率7.56%;对照组临床痊愈率为11.54%,总有效率为82.69%,复发率为21.62%。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但临床痊愈率比较和复发率比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。[结论]四逆散加减治疗消化性溃疡在有效率及复发率方面优于西药治疗组。

Sini Decoction in Treating 63 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of Sini decoction in treatment of peptic ulcer. [ Methods ] The patients were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the experimental group of 63 cases. The experimental group were treated with Sini decoction. The control group ere treated with ranitidine or omeprazole. [Results] The clinical healing rate of the treatment group is 28.57% , the total effective rate is 92.06% , recurrence rate is 7.56% ; The clinical healing rate of the control group is 11.54% , the to- tal effective rate is 82.69% , the recurrence rate is 21.62%. The difference of two groups of total effective rate was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The difference of clinical cure rate and relapse rate were sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The treatment of peptic ulcer with Sini decoction were better than the western medicine group in clinical cure rate and relapse rate.
