| 摘 要： | 目的]观察辨证分型治疗湿疹的疗效。方法]65例病例,根据中医辨证原则,分湿热型、湿阻型、血虚风燥型,治以清热、祛风、除湿为主。5d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后判定疗效。结果]临床痊愈45例,显效10例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率达94.00%。结论]辨证分型治疗湿疹疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the effect of treating eczema by syndrome differentiation.Method] Observation 65 cases,according to the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical principle,divided in type of damp heat,moisture resistance type,blood deficiency and wind dryness type treated by clearing heat,dispelling wind,dampness.5d 1 treatment course,after 3 courses of treatment to judge the curative effect.Results]Clinical cure 45 cases,markedly 10 cases,effective 6 cases,ineffective 4 cases,the total effective rate was 94.00%.Conclusion] Treating eczema by syndrome differentiation has a good effect. |
