耳穴压贴联合自拟舒眠宁心汤治疗失眠对照临床观察

[目的]观察耳穴压贴联合舒眠宁心汤治疗失眠的疗效。[方法]将56例患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例采用耳穴压贴联合口服舒眠宁心汤治疗,对照组28例口服阿普唑仑片治疗。两组均以10d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率99.30%,对照组总有效率57.10%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]耳穴刺激穴位,配合舒眠宁心汤调和气血、阴阳、疏肝理气,宁心安神,两者结合,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Randomized Controlled Clinical Observation of Treating Insomnia by Auricular plaster and Self Shu mian Ningsin Decoction

[Objective]Obsrve auricula appication method with self shumian ningxin soups in the treatment of insomnia.[Methods]56 cases were randomly divided into two goups：treatment group in 28 cases in auricular plaster with Self Shu mian mingxin soups the control group 28 cases only used Alprazolam Tablets.Both groups 10 days for a period of treatment the treatment of 3 treatment efficacy judgment.[Result]The treatment group the total effective rate of 99.30%,the total effective rate of 57.10%.Effect of the treament group than in control group.[Conclusion]Presure from the ears of bean acupuncture,from the Chinese native disorder of Qi-xue,regulating Yin-yang,liver Qi stagnation rather calming merves of merves.a combination of both is effective and worth applying in clinic.
