| 摘 要： | 目的]探索中医疗法(刺络加穴位注射)治疗带状疱疹的有效途径。方法]将108例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(刺络、拔罐加穴位注射组)和对照组(西药抗病毒组)各54例,治疗组在疱疹的起止部位和皮损边缘用三棱针点刺、拔罐,足三里穴位注射;对照组给予抗病毒对症支持治疗。结果]治疗组54例,治愈率70.37%,总有效率96.29%;对照组治愈率48.14%,总有效率87.00%。结论]刺络拔罐加穴位注射可明显提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To explore and summarize the effective way of the Chinese medicine treatment of herpes zoster. Methods] 108 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group （pricking, cupping plus acupoint injection group） and control group （ anti - viral medicine group） of 54 patients treated at the start and end location and herpes lesions with edge Needle prick, cupping, Zusanli point injection;con- trol group was given anti - viral symptomatic and supportive treatment. Results ] 54 patients, the cure rate 70. 37 % , total efficiency of 96.29% ; control group cure rate of 48.14% , total efficiency of 87%. Conclusion ] Cupping plus acupoint injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy. |
