结肠造口患者的个体化心理护理

目的]探讨直肠癌腹壁结肠造口患者实施个体化心理护理的效果。方法]通过对56例结肠造口患者实施个体化心理护理,首先分析患者心理障碍的原因,然后有针对性的实施个体化护理。结果]经过开展个体化心理护理,均产生良好效果,病人顺利康复,无严重并发症发生。结论]结肠造口的患者实施个体化心理护理,是保证手术质量,提高患者生存质量,改善患者心理障碍,减少术后并发症发生的重要护理措施。
