| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中西医治疗创伤性膝关节骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法]对12例膝关节骨巨细胞瘤患者采用自拟中药汤剂内服结合手术进行病灶刮除,95%酒精浸泡灭活,自体髂骨移植合并骨水泥填充的中西医结合疗法进行综合治疗。结果]12例患者术后均进行随访,随访时间1～4年,平均2年6个月,所有患者均未见肿瘤复发。结论]中西医结合治疗膝关节骨巨细胞瘤疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To investigate the treatment of giant cell tumor bone of knee joints patients. Meth- od] 12 cases of knee bone giant cell tumors were treated by the traditional Chinese medicine with native to in- ternal operation removed by lesions, 95% pure soaking inactivated, autogenous iliac transplantation bone ce- ment filled with the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy treatment. Results ] 12 pa- tients all the follow - up, Follow - up time 1 - 4 years, an average of two years in six months, All of the pa- tients did not see tumor recurrence. Conclusion ] Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treat- ment knee bone giant cell tumors the results were satisfactory. |
