益气养阴活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

[目的]探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]本院于2009年11月至2010年11月对48例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用自拟益气养阴活血汤进行治疗观察。[结果]痊愈35例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率为93.75%。[结论]益气养阴活血汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的胃黏膜萎缩、炎性程度、肠化生及非典型增生均有很好的治疗作用,对胃脘部痞满、嗳气吞酸、纳呆等症状有很好的治疗缓解作用。益气养阴活血对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有很好的疗效。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

[ Objective ] To observe the optimal scheme of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. [ Methods ] 48 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of our hospital were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue de- coction from November 2009 to November 2010, and observed the therapeutic effect. [ Results ] 35 cases of cure, 10 cases of improvement, 3 cases of ineffective, the effectiveness of the treatment group was 93.75%. [ Conclusion] Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction could improve chronic atrophic gastritis, gland wither, intes- tinese, intestinal metaplasia and （or） the atypical hyperplasia obviously, and have a very good treatment effect on improving symptom. Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction can ameliorate chronic atrophic gastritis＇clinical symptom.
