喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗流行性感冒随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗流行性感冒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例用抛硬币法简单随机分为两组,均常规液体疗法及对症治疗,体温>38.5℃时,酌情用短效退热剂。治疗组54例喜炎平静滴,对照组48例利巴韦林静滴,两组均用药至体温正常后48h。监测体温/2h。治疗72 h判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效17例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率94.44%。对照组痊愈13例,显效9例,有效16例,无效10例,总有效率79.17%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。体温恢复正常时间治疗组(41.63±17.21)h优于对照组(52.63±17.90)h(P<0.01)。[结论]喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗流行性感冒临床疗效及退热时间优于单纯西药治疗。

Xiyanping Injection combined with Western Medicine Treatment on Influenza Randomized Controlled Study

[ Objective] Xiyanping Injection combined with Western medicine to treat influenza efficacy. [ Methods] randomized controlled 102 cases with a coin toss method is simple and randomly divided into two groups, both conventional fluid therapy and symptomatic treatment, body temperature 〉 38.5 ℃, as appropriate, with short - acting antipyretic agent. Treatment group, 54 cases Xiyanping Injection intravenous infusion, the control group, 48 cases of intravenous ribavirin, both groups medication to normal body temperature after 48 hours. Monitoring temperature / 2h. Treatment for 72 h to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Treatment group, 21 cases cured, 17 cases markedly effective, effective 13 cases, noneffective 3 cases, the total efficiency of 94.44%. The control group, cured 13 cases, markedly effective 9 cases, effective 16 cases, noneffective 10 cases, the total efficiency of 79.17% , the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. The body temperature returned to normal time treatment group, （41.63 ± 17.21 ）h is better than the control group, （52. 63 ± 17.90）h （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] Xiyanping Injection combined with Western medicine clinical efficacy of the treatment of influenza and fever clearance time is better than western medicine alone.
