| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压性脑出血脑疝 (HIHCH)的治疗方法。方法 采用微创血肿碎吸术联合头部低温的方法治疗了 132例患者 ,并与未行头部低温治疗的 131例相匹配患者进行比较。结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分明显改善 ,优于对照组 ,病死率、再出血率明显低于对照组。结论 微创血肿碎吸术联合头部低温是治疗HIHCH较为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhagic cerebral hernia(HIHCH).Methods The method of minimal injury aspiration in combination with head hypothermia was used in a total of 132 cases of HIHCH and compared with only minimal injury aspiration in 131 matched cases.Results Neurological deficiency score and activity of daily living score were significantly improved in the treatment group as compared with the control group.The fatality rate and recurrence rate were significantly lower in treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Minimal injury aspiration in combination with head hypothermia may be an effective method for treatment of HIHCH. |
