| 摘 要： | 目的：评价选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗（BAIC）治疗癌性上腔静脉综合征（SVCS）的效果。方法：对7例诊断明确的中晚期肺癌及淋巴瘤患者，并发严重的SVCS行BAIC治疗9次，其中5例各治疗1次，2例各治疗2次。结果：7例SVCS患者经BAIC治疗后，全部病人的主要症状与体征得到有效控制和／或明显改善，未发生与该技术操作有关的严重并发症。结论：BAIC治疗中晚期肺癌的严重并发症SVCS，近期疗效确切，且在技术上是成功的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of selective bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy(BAIC)in the treatment of cancerous superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).Methods Seven patients with mid-late stage's lung cancer and / or lymphoma complicated with severe SVCS underwent selective BAIC.The frequence of BAIC was 1 time in 5 cases and 2 times in 2 cases.Results The main symptoms and signs in all patients were controlled effectively or improved markedly affer the treatment .There were no severe complications related to the procedure.Conclusion The near-term therapeutic efficacy of selective BAIC in the treatment of cancerous SVCS is significant and is technically successful or safe. |
