参附注射液对严重脓毒血症和脓毒性休克早期复苏的干预研究

目的观察参附注射液对严重脓毒血症和脓毒性休克早期复苏治疗效果。方法将严重脓毒血症和脓毒性休克早期60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均根据药敏结果选用抗生素、早期液体复苏、纠正酸中毒等基础治疗,必要时使用多巴胺升压;治疗组在对照组基础上早期加用参附注射液。结果治疗组在早期稳定血压方面有明显作用,且能显著减少血管活性药物的使用及对心、肾功能的影响。结论参附注射液治疗严重脓毒血症和脓毒性休克早期复苏有效和较为安全,且能减少血管活性药物的应用。

Study of Shenfu Injection on Serius Sepsis and Septic Shock Recovery of the Early Intervention

Objective:To investigate the Shenfu Injection(SFI)of serious sepsis and septic shock treatment early recovery.Methods:60 patients with severe sepsis and septic shock in the early were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Both groups were chosen based on the results of antibiotic susceptibility,early fluid resuscitation,correct acidosis,and other basic treatment,if necessary,the use of dopamine booster.The treatment group on the basis of the early added Shenfu Injection.Results:In the early treatment group with stable blood pressure significantly,able to significantly reduce vasoactive drugs and the use of heart and kidney function.Conclusion:SFI using on severe sepsis and septic shock early recovery is effective security and can reduce the vasoactive drug use.
