| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外文献的分析、整理和归纳，较为系统的介绍肿瘤耐药性发生的机制，以及基因治疗药物用于逆转肿瘤耐药的发展研究现状。笔者认为基因治疗技术的发展，将对逆转肿瘤耐药性起到推动作用，也将为肿瘤耐药性的研究和肿瘤基因治疗药物的发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The mechanisms of cancer resistance and the development of gene therapeutic drugs systematically were introduced. The development of gene therapy will play an important role on reversing drug resistance and it will provide reference for the study of tumor drug resistance and gene therapeutic drugs. |
