维持性血液透析患者配偶应对方式的调查研究

目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者配偶的应对方式,提高维持性血液透析患者配偶的生活质量。方法:采用Jalowiec的应对量表(JCS),对46例维持性血液透析患者的配偶应对方式的采用及其效果进行调查。结果:维持性血液透析患者配偶最常采用的应对方式是勇敢面对,应对效果最好的方式是支持,最常采用的应对措施是试图一步一步处理问题,效果最好的应对措施是与专业人士讨论相关问题,如医师、护士。结论:护理人员应协助维持性血液透析患者配偶采取积极、有效的应对方式,缓解其心理应激程度。

Investigation on coping style in spouses of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis

Objective:To investigate the coping style among the spouses of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis,improve their quality of life.Methods:A Jalowiec coping style scale was used to study the coping style in 46 spouses of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Results:The most commonly coping style of the maintenance hemodialysis patients spouses is confrontive,and the most helpful coping style is supportant.The most common measures is trying to deal with the problem step by step,the most helpful measures is to discuss your problem with professionals,such as doctors and nurses.Conclusion:Nurses should provide positive effective coping style to spouses of maintenance hemodialysis to take,eased their psychological stress.
