对比性评价三种分离小肠结肠炎耶氏菌培养基

目的：寻找一种分离小肠叶肠炎耶氏菌的高效选择鉴别培养基。方法：收集７０份猪粪便标本进行小肠结肠炎耶氏菌的分离；将这７０份标本用划线法种入三种选择鉴别培养基；Ｓ．Ｓ琼脂平板、麦康凯琼脂平板、ＣＩＮ琼旨平板。分离出５株小肠发火 耶氏菌，血清型０３，生物型３，ＶＰ阴性变异株。然后比较这三种培养基的分离率。结果：ＣＩＮ琼 分离率最高（１００％），麦康凯琼脂的分离率最低（１６％）。结论：分离小肠结肠炎耶氏菌

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THREE MEDIA FOR ISOLATION OF YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA

To find a highly effective selective differential agar medium for Yersinia enterocoliti-ca. Methods: A total of 70 samples of faeces from 70 swines were examined for the preserce of Yersinia enteroco-litica. They were streaked for isolation of presumptive yersinia colonies on three selective differential agars: Cef-sulodin-irgasannovobiocin (CIN) agar, Salmonella-Shigella agar (S. S) and Mac Conkey agars. Five strains of Yersinia enterocolitica sero-group 03, vogesproskauer - negative biogroup 3 variants were isolated. Then compara-tive evaluation for the rate of isolation on three media. Result: The rate of isolation of Yersinia enterocolitica from colonies was the highest on CIN agar (100% ). and the lowest (16 % ) on Mac Conkey agar. Conclusion:CIN agar was the best, S. S agar the second and Mac Conkey agar the third for isolation of Yersinia enterocoliti-ca.
