通窍法治疗分泌性中耳炎临床报道荟萃分析

目的：系统评价通窍法为临床基础治则治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床优势及重要性。方法：通过检索CNKI和万方数据库，以“通窍法”和“分泌性中耳炎”以及“卡他性中耳炎”、“耳胀”等类似病名为主题词检索通窍法治疗分泌性中耳炎的随机对照临床研究报道，并辅以手工检索进行文献追踪。以常规治疗为对照组，通窍法治疗分泌性中耳炎为治疗组，提取纳入研究文献原始数据，并进行Meta分析。结果：4篇文献被纳入本次研究，共210例分泌性中耳炎患者，其中治疗组175例，对照组135例。Meta分析结果显示，通窍法治疗分泌性中耳炎效果优于常规治疗（P〈0.0001），总有效率合并OR及其95％cI为1．25（1．13，1．40）。结论：通窍法治疗该病有优势，可作为治疗该病的基本准则，但仍需进一步进行科学研究。

Clinical reports analysis on treating secretory otitis media by the Tongqiao therapy

Objective： To systematic review the clinical advantages and importance of Tongqiao therapy which as a basic clinical governance approach on treating secretory otitis media. Methods： By retrieving CNKI and Wanfang DATA, make ＂Tongqiao therapy＂, ＂Secretory otitis media＂ and ＂ Catarrhal otitis media＂, ＂ear swelling＂ as the keywords to search randomized controlled clinical study reported of treating secretory otitis media by Tongqiao therapy. The control group was given conventional therapy, treating secretory otitis media by Tongqiao therapy as the treated group, included in the research literature to extract the raw data and carry on Meta-analysis. Results： Four documents were included in the study, 210 patients with secretory otitis media in which the treated group 175 cases, 135 cases in the control group. Meta-analysis showed： The efficacy of Tongqiao therapy on treating secretory otitis media was better than conventional therapy （P〈0.0001）. The total efficiency pooled OR and 95% CI was 1.25 （1.13, 1.40）. Conclusion： Tongqiao therapy to treat this disease has the advantage, can be used as basic guidelines for the treatment of the disease, but still need to further scientific research.
