中医消食药在治疗小儿消化不良中的效果探究

目的：探讨中医消食药在治疗小儿消化不良中的效果。方法：选取我院收治的260例消化不良患儿随即分为研究组（130例）与参考组（130例），给予参考组患儿吗丁啉药剂口服，观察组患儿给予中药消食消胀汤治疗，对两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患儿痊愈56例，有效70例，治疗总有效率为96．9％；参考组患儿痊愈26例，有效76例，治疗总有效率为78．5％，两组数据比较差异显著，P〈0．05。结论：中药消食药物在治疗小儿消化不良时临床效果显著，安全有效，值得推广。

Exploring the effect of Xiaoshi medicine on treating indigestion in children

Objective： To explore the effect of Xiaoshi medicine of TCM on treating indigestion in children. Methods： 260 cases in our hospital were divided into the research group （130 cases） and the reference group （130 cases）, given the reference groups of children with oral Motilium, observation group children were given Xiaoshi decoction, the effect and adverse reactions of two groups of children were analyzed. Results： The observation group with 56 cases cured, 70 cases of effective treatment, the total efficiency was 96.9%; Reference group with 26 cases cured, 76 cases of effective treatment, the total efficiency was 78.5%, two groups of data was more significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Xiaoshi medicine of TCM is effective on treating indigestion in children, safe and effective, and worthy of promotion.
