生脉胶囊与曲美他嗪对比辅治慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察生脉胶囊及曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的辅助治疗效果，对两者疗效进行比较分析。方法：按照随机分组原则将NYHA心功能分级为I级～III级的CHF患者66例分为对照组和治疗组各33例，两组在抗心衰西药治疗基础上，分别加服生脉胶囊及曲美他嗪，3周后进行临床疗效对比评定。观察生脉胶囊与曲美他嗪对心功能、中医证候疗效及积分、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、短轴缩短率（FS）、6min步行试验的影响。结果：治疗后两组的各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0．05）；两组间治疗后除中医证候疗效及中医证侯积分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）外，余结果均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：①生脉胶囊配合常规抗心衰西药能明显缓解慢性心力衰竭患者病情。②生脉胶囊组与对照组比较有相当的疗效，可能与改善心肌能量代谢的作用机制有关，其机制值得进一步探讨。

Comparing the efficacy of Shengmai capsules with trimetazidine on treating CHF

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai capsule and trimetazidine on treating chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： According to the principle of random grouping NYHA heart function classification for grade II-III in 66 CHF patients were divided into control group and treated group with 33 cases in each group, two groups in the basis of modem medicine, the treated group was given the Shengmai capsules more, while the control group was given the trimetazidine more. Compared the clinical efficacy after 3 weeks, effect of Shengmai capsule and Qumei trimetazidine on the cardiac ftmction, TCM efficacy and integral, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, fractional shortening （FS）, six minutes＇ walk test effect. Results： After treatment, two groups indicators were obviously improved （P〈0.05）; therapeutic efficacy between the two groups of TCM syndromes integral had significant difference （P〈0.05）, others showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： ①Shengrnai capsule combined with routine anti-heart failure of modem medicine can alleviate the chronic heart failure patients. ②The Shengmai capsule group compared with the control group have equivalent efficacy, may be associated with improved cardiac energy metabolism mechanism, the mechanism is worthy of further study.
