四逆散联合四逆汤治疗雷诺病的临床价值分析

目的：对应用四逆散与四逆汤联合对患有雷诺病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：抽取54例患有雷诺病的患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组27例。采用四逆散对对照组患者实施治疗；采用四逆散与四逆汤联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者雷诺病病情控制效果明显优于对照组；肢端痉挛症状消失时间和治疗方案实施总时间明显短于对照组；治疗后病情复发率明显低于对照组；两组治疗期间未出现药物不良反应。结论：应用四逆散与四逆汤联合对患有雷诺病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
