石黄柴芩汤治疗时行感冒高热45例临床观察

目的：观察石黄柴芩汤治疗时行感冒高热（肺热壅盛型）的临床疗效。方法：按随机数字表法将符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组45例给予石黄柴芩汤，每日1剂；对照组给予抗病毒、激素、解热镇痛类西药常规治疗，两组均治疗3d。结果：治疗组愈显率73．3％，显著优于对照组的55．0％，（P〈0．01），并且退热起效时间和体温恢复正常时间也均显著快于对照组（均P〈0．05），同时未见明显不良反应。结论：石黄柴芩汤治疗时行感冒高热（肺热壅盛型）明显优于常规治疗，适合用于流感急性高热期的退热治疗。

Clinical observation on treating 45 cases of influenza fever with the Shihuang Chaiqin decoction

Objective： To observe the effect on treating influenza fevers with the Shihuang Chaiqin decoction. Methods： Patients were divided into treated group and control group, in the treated group 45 cases were treated with the Shihuang Chaiqin decoction, daily 1 agent; the control group were treated by conventional treatment of hormone, antiviral, antipyretic analgesic medicine, the two groups were treated for 3 days. Results： Markedly effective rate of the treated group 73.3%, significantly better than the control group 55% （P〈0.01）, fever onset time and the temperature recovery time were faster than the control group （all P〈0.05）, at the same time, no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Treating influenza fever by Shihuang Chaiqin decoction is better than conventional therapy, suitable for the treatment of flu fever stage of acute fever.
