产前超声评估738例高龄孕妇胎儿生长发育状况

目的：观察产前超声评估高龄孕妇胎儿生长发育状况，总结其临床诊断价值。方法：选取我院2002年10月～2012年10月738例高龄孕妇，均进行产前超声检查，对其胎儿的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：738例孕妇胎儿中有17例胎儿生长发育异常，跟踪随访；738例高龄孕妇胎儿经分娩及引产证实共有19例异常，超声检出率达89．5％。结论：产前超声对评估高龄孕妇胎儿生长发育状况具有很高的准确性，能够协助-临床尽可能早期发现胎儿畸形，及时处理，从而降低胎儿出生缺陷的发生率。

Prenatal ultrasound assessment of 738 cases of advanced maternal fetal growth status

Objective： To observe the fetal growth status of prenatal ultrasound assessment of advanced maternal, and summarize the clinical diagnostic value of it. Methods： 738 cases of advanced maternal in our hospital from October 2002 to October 2012 were selected; those patients were given prenatal ultrasound assessment, fetal ultrasound results were retrospective analyzed. Results： In 738 cases, 17 cases of pregnant women and fetal growth abnormalities follow up after prenatal ultrasound assessment. 738 cases of advanced maternal fetal through childbirth and abortion were 19 cases confirmed that have abnormal; ultrasound detection rate was 89.5%. Conclusion： Prenatal ultrasound assessment with high accuracy in fetal growth and development of advanced maternal, as far as possible to assist clinicians in the early detection of fetal malformations, timely treatment, thereby reduces the incidence of birth defects in the fetus.
